The ultimate t-shirt entrepreneur, Johnny Cupcakes, has been on a month-long “suitcase” tour around the country to connect with his fans and followers. He has documented the entire journey, dedicating each city their own clip…giving everybody an opportunity to feel part of the family. Johnny is an inspiration to everybody in the industry, using innovative and creative campaigns to create a worldwide following and loyal fan base.

A few days ago he made his way to Minneapolis, stopping at a local shop called Robot Love. I loved when one of the guys in the video says, “Nobody cool ever comes to Minnesota…ever…it’s the worst.” I’m not sure about that…but I guess we’re no New York? Anyways, the video is cool, I’m a fan of the editing more than anything. Cheers!

The time nearly upon us for the Check Your Six Spring release party to be hosted at Vs. Social (Uptown location), this Friday, April 16th. Last time I put up videos of my latest jams, one of them included the always entertaining Horses in the Ghetto music video. Well, earlier today Prof & company released another awesomely entertaining video, Animal. This is the single to Prof’s latest release, Kaiser Von Powderhorn. Check Your Six is all over the video, with our Harvest Trees crewneck and Minnesnowta tee making cameo appearances. I spent the better part of last weekend back in Minneapolis, taking stock on the first shipment of our Spring 2010 Release. Not that is really much of a “first part,” seeing as it is only one of the designs. Nonetheless, the prints turned out great, and are available in white, heather grey, and on heather grey crewnecks. The remainder of our Spring release will be coming to us in another two weeks, which will consist of what we think are some of our best designs that we’ve ever conceptualized. Anyways, here’s some shots of the ‘Minnesnowta’ products, which consist of a four color front print, and one color back.
