My mom sent me some pictures today from her trip to London. She went around random areas of town in search of graffiti, specifically as much Banksy as possible. Banksy works are really hard to find nowadays, thanks primarily to the British Council cracking down on street artists. Here’s some shots of what she managed to get her eyes on in the two days that were dedicated to art hunting, the remainder of the trip was filled with Mott The Hoople concerts. Enjoy! Located under the footbridge over the Grand Union Canal, (Shepherdess Walk/Eagle Wharf Road), found “Canal Hoodie”.

This one reminds me of Upper Playground for some reason…(And definitely IS NOT a Banksy piece)

I think the monkey head in the bottom is a Banksy piece…talentless bastards always have to ruin something good…They don’t make it like they used to.

Banksy’s “Guard and Poodle” at the entrance of this club called Cargo. It’s such a coveted piece that there’s plexiglass covering the image.

Also at Cargo is Banksy’s HMV image (dog shooting a bazooka into an old time megaphone).

And other randoms from around town…
