We spent the better part of Saturday an hour outside of the current Check Your Six control station (Madison), in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The Fall weather has reminded me why I love the month of October in the Midwest. Beautiful colors, crisp air, and a soft breeze make for the perfect morning.

This week marks the highly anticipated release of our Fall 2011 product line and Lookbook, entitled “Young Americans”. As a brand, we have always put our heart and soul into everything we do…from making sure each order is unique to writing product descriptions…but putting together each Lookbook is always an extra special occasion. Everything leading up to the day of the shoot is time-consuming, stressful, and creatively demanding: Story-boarding, brainstorming, reflecting, testing, pre-shooting, and a dozen other “ing’s”. But it’s that day of the shoot, when everything comes together in one afternoon, that always seems to turn into something magnificent.
